If you have not read the information about the Affiliate Program AND the Terms and Conditions for the Affiliate Program you MUST do so before signing up. Please be sure that before you complete this form you have already have a PayPal account. PayPal is the method of how payments will be made to Sports Talk 1 for the access to the subscription based website.
As an Affiliate Member this PayPal e-mail address is where your payment for Referral Commissions will be sent. If you do not have a PayPal account yet then click on the PayPal link on this page and sign up for a PayPal account before completing the rest of the sign up form.

You will use your PayPal e-mail address when referring others to Sports Talk 1 as an Affiliate member. It is extremely important that you instruct the people that you refer to list your "Sports Talk 1 ID" which is also your PayPal e-mail address so that you can receive the commissions for your referral efforts.
In order to receive a Referral Commission for referring a new member that signs up for the subscription based website, the new member MUST give your Sports Talk 1 ID/PayPal e-mail address so that it can be tracked and sent to what Affiliate Member should receive the commission. If a person does not list your "Sports Talk 1 ID" (your PayPal e-mail address) then your commission cannot be sent to you!!!
